entrepreneur: Is there a good chance this can become a market
leading business, India-wide or worldwide? Is there a real
revenue model in the business – and not just some desire to
‘flip it’ at a higher valuation? Does Passionfund have the
expertise and background to be able to help and advise the
team? Do we get along as friends?

we do agree on the opportunity, the team, the strategy and the
chemistry, we’ll invest at seed levels – from US$50,000 to US$200,000
– enough till we can help you obtain a round of funding externally.
In rare cases, where you’re already significantly funded, we
might even consult with you just for equity. |

based in Mumbai, but travel often to Singapore/Hong Kong and
the US. If you are in Mumbai, we’ll probably meet over iced
